During my time at Johnson & Wales University, I had the opportunity to manage the Instagram account for my sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon. Over a few months, I was responsible for curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our followers. This role not only allowed me to apply my social media skills in a real-world setting but also helped increase our account's visibility and interaction rates. My efforts contributed to fostering a stronger community online and promoting our sorority's events and initiatives effectively.

Social Media Branding

In a creative endeavor to showcase my skills in branding and design, I conceptualized and executed a comprehensive social media campaign for a fictitious jewelry company, Lumiere Essentials.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Through this project, I demonstrated my ability to create compelling visual stories that engage and captivate an audience, while effectively communicating a brand's core values and aesthetic.

I developed a unique brand identity from the ground up

Crafted a distinctive logo & choose a refined color palette that echoed the company's ethos of timeless elegance.

 

Meticulously designed the layout for the social media feeds, ensuring that each element from the typography to the imagery aligned harmoniously to convey luxury and craftsmanship.​​​​​

✨ Step 1: Designed a scroll-stopping visual that pops (because quality design = engagement 🎨🍩).


✨ Step 2: Used trending SEO keywords in my pin title and description (UX/UI, Adobe Illustrator Design, Website Landing Page).


✨ Step 3: Added a mix of specific and niche hashtags to boost discoverability. (#UXUIDesign #WebDesign).


✨ Step 4: Posted consistently after and pinned my design to multiple relevant boards.
